Do you have an annual plan?
Yes, and we offer a 25% discount for paying annually.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you purchased a monthly/quarterly plan, you can cancel at any time. Your access will continue to the end of your 30/90 day period and will not automatically renew for the next month/quarter. Annual or One-time plans that are paid up-front can not be canceled.

How do I know how much CPU and Storage I need?
Good question. After you fill out the option in the filter bar at the top of this page, we provide an estimate as to how many CPU hours you may need and how much storage your images may take.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
The answer depends on your plan. If you purchased an Annual or One-time plan, you cannot downgrade your plan. You can upgrade it at any time by purchasing more hours or storage. If you purchased a Monthly or Quarterly subscription, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, but the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you need more hours or storage for the current month/quarter, you can purchase it any any time.

If I don't use all my hours in the month what happens?
For Annual plans there is no limit per month, just your annual limit. For Monthly or Quarterly plans, any un-used hours will rollover to the next month/quarter, provided you continue to renew.

All of our plans have no contract. It's fast and easy to get started.

What are CPU Hours?
This is how much CPU run-time the tool needs to take the screenshots of your pages and compare the results. Time is tracked down to a hundredth of a second. You are not charged any time for setting up your runs, or viewing any of the results in the tool. Just the actual time for performing the tests by taking screenshots, spidering, or comparing pages.
One thing to note is that if you configure the tool to make multiple simultaneous requests to your server, your CPU hours utilized might not match actual wall clock time. For example, if you configure 3 simultaneous requests, the tool might use 3 CPU hours in just 1 actual hour of processing. -
How many different sites can I test?
There is no practical limit to the number of sites you can test under one account. For each site that you want to test, you will create a corresponding site in the tool. You can then easily manage and run tests for all your sites.
